Request for a lawyers advice

Question: If I agree to these terms of use, does that mean, that I can do whatever I want with my application in Facebook (gathering user information, spaming...) without being taken to responsibility?

Anyway, to use these features you need to have an identifier number, which you can obtain only if you have an fb account... And on that site you can find a valid link to the developer terms of use.
And I would also add, that I haven't found quickly a link where I could report bugs.
